Description

Meditation will help : Identify the symptom that is bothering you, understand what is going wrong in your life and what the symptom is signaling, to start on the road to health, to listen to your body, to get in touch with yourself and your body. The body and thoughts are parts of the same system. What does that mean? That some negative thoughts in traumatic situations have led to blocks, clamps or diseases of the body. Why is this so? Because at that moment the body decided to protect and save you by hiding unexpressed emotions, clamped feelings and experiences in itself so that you would not go crazy in the literal sense of the word. And then a sore formed on this place. In order not to lead you to experiences again, the psyche crossed out their cause. Therefore, you often do not remember what thoughts or situation led to this or that disease. Consequently, you don't know how to find the cause and treat the symptom. Without asking the question, what caused the condition? If you have studied psychosomatics, you probably know that the disease of each organ is responsible for certain psychological deviations. For example: diseases of the gastrointestinal tract - it's not digesting information and not accepting yourself, unwillingness to accept changes. So the task of this meditation is to find the cause. To bring it to the level of awareness. To show the body that you no longer need its help and that the body block can be let go. Start the healing process.
